Under the presidentship of Shri Satishbhai Vithalani, the Eleventh Karobari (Managing Committee) Meeting for the term 19th December 2020 to 31st March 2026 hosted by Kutch Zone will be held on Saturday, 29th November 2025 at Ramada by Wyndham Gandhidham Shinay, Survey No. 496/P-40, Near HP Petrol Pump, Adipur Mundra Highway, Shinay, Gandhidham, Gujarat - 370205. You are cordially invited to participate in the meeting.

As a diligent representative of our Lohana community of about 2.5 to 3.5 million people across the globe, it is expected that you attend and actively participate in the meeting.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• The schedule of events and agenda of the Karobari Samiti (Managing Committee) being held on Saturday, 29th November 2025, are published on the meeting website https://kutchmeeting.lohanamahaparishad.org/
• All members/invitees are requested to make their own travel and stay arrangements as per their individual/group convenience. Information about accommodation/lodging facilities near the meeting venue is available on the meeting website.
• The Eleventh Karobari Samiti Meeting will start on 29th November 10:30 am IST after registration and breakfast from 09:00 am IST onwards. Delegates from outstation are requested to arrive at Gandhidham on Friday, 28th November evening or on the meeting date, i.e. on 29th November early morning to be present on time for the meeting.
• The delegate fee for Karobari Members and Invitees is ₹1000/- per person for the upcoming Karobari Samiti meeting at Gandhidham.
