Under the presidentship of Shri Satishbhai Vithalani, the Tenth Karobari (Managing Committee) Meeting for the 2020-25 term hosted by Shri Poona Lohana Mahajan will be held on Saturday, 31st May, and Sunday, 1st June 2025 at Navneet Banquet, Shri Poona Kutchi Jain Samaj Nandu Bhavan, Bhagwan Gautam Buddh Society, Betal Nagar, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra. You are cordially invited to participate in the meeting.

As a diligent representative of our Lohana community of about 2.5 to 3.5 million people across the globe, it is expected that you attend and actively participate in the meeting. However, for any unavoidable circumstances, you are not unable to attend meeting, then please do advise about your absence by submitting the Leave of Absence form on the meeting website https://punemeeting.lohanamahaparishad.org/meeting-absenceon or before 15th May 2025.

• The Tenth Karobari Samiti Meeting will start on 31st May at 10:30 am IST after registration and breakfast from 09:00 am IST onwards. Delegates from outstation are requested to arrive at Pune on Friday, 30th May evening or on the meeting date, i.e. on 31 May early morning to be present on time for the meeting.

• The meeting agenda in English is sent only for the convenience of members who cannot read Gujarati. For all official purposes, agenda in Gujarati will be considered as final.
